Custom eNews offers ten advantages ...

  1. Marketing, branding and educational tools for the museum store and also consolidating the museum's mission ... to tell a story and sell a story
  2. Pitching at all demographics with high impact reach ... children, adults, families and seniors
  3. Archiving of valuable reference material
  4. Cost effective, hi-tech production
  5. Maximum impact with minimum fuss
  6. Allows focused electronic delivery via internet multimedia
  7. eMailing locally and globally from a secure database
  8. Simplicity ... you supply basic text and pictures ... we do the rest
  9. Streamlined editing process with our experienced creative team
  10. Production quarterly, featuring up-to-date information with links

A new and effective way to reach thousands of museum store customers is to directly market to these clients electronically through the use of eNews. These eMails are generally two or three pages in length and inform subscribers about product news and special museum store deals in an easy to read, user friendly format (PC and Apple platforms are supported).

Supplementary to a museum's mainstream marketing programs, eNews communicates and creates awareness, with the major benefit going to the museum store to increase revenue and margins.

Your input need only be minimal so you can focus on your core business. Our creative team defines specific formats from the information and pictures that you wish to publish in each issue.

Liaison between your store and our office is handled via eMail to facilitate ease of communication in different time zones. Our art studio can utilize your museum's corporate branding e.g. logo, color scheme and typeface throughout production in accordance with world's best practise.

Production cycle time from the get-go may be around two weeks after receiving approval to proceed and receipt of draft material.

We can also advise you on data collection methods, including privacy issues, and subscribe and unsubscribe protocols, so you can grow your store's visitor eMail database professionally.
